The Fliers Club Code of Conduct

The Fliers Club is a welcoming, congenial community where the highest standards of courtesy, respect and integrity are upheld.   This Code of Conduct is not intended to restrict the rights of anyone, but rather to ensure the enjoyment, best interests and welfare of our Membership, Guests, Staff and the Club are maintained.   It is the Member’s obligation to understand and adhere to all rules and guidelines outlined below.

On Property

We are invited guests at the clubs and courses we visit, with each experience facilitated through relationships that TFC holds in high regard, and treats as intellectual property, with many experiences facilitated through TFC Members.  Members are responsible for their own behavior as well as that of their guests at all TFC experiences.

  • Access to each TFC experience, including golf course, golf shop, clubhouse and other areas of the host property, shall be confined to the outlined dates and times communicated to the Members & Participants in advance of the experience.
  • Participants shall not arrive on property before hosts and/or TFC Staff and must depart once hosts and/or TFC Staff leave the property. Exceptions will be made for those staying on property prior or during the experience, however the above regulations regarding access remain in effect.
  • Rules regarding Photography, Videography and social media vary at each facility. Specific restrictions will be communicated in advance of each experience; however, Members and participants should confirm with TFC Staff before capturing, recording and posting any digital media while at these locations.
  • Always use good judgment, manners and language befitting our Club and our values. Being considerate of others is paramount, so please recognize your words and actions reflect on our Club and its reputation.
  • Never engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, hostility, unlawful or otherwise offensive acts in relationship to any Member, Guest or Staff.
  • Safeguard your own and others’ well-being.
  • Do your part to help maintain and preserve all property that you visit, including but not limited to golf courses, clubhouses, locker rooms, and all other facilities that your Membership allows you access to.

Host Staff

  • Treat all staff with dignity, respect and appreciation.
  • Participants shall not communicate with facility staff outside of the experience timeline, unless a personal relationship exists, or you’ve been otherwise instructed by TFC Staff or invited to by facility staff.
  • Behavior such as inquiring with Club Staff about additional golf and/or access outside of the defined experience parameters is strictly prohibited.

Event Inclusions

  • Each TFC event is unique and includes various curated inclusions which supplement the golf component, including but not limited to: Food & Beverage, Lodging, Transportation, Tee Gifts, Prizes and ancillary experiences. Unless otherwise noted, all elements are included in your registration cost.

Guest Policy

  • Unless otherwise specified, TFC experiences are limited to Members Only. TFC Staff will communicate in advance to notify Members of any guest opportunities at select experiences during the season.
  • If and when guests are allowed, they must play with the hosting Member. Guest quantity will be specified by TFC Staff when applicable.

Dress Code

  • All Members, family and guests of Members are expected to adhere to the Dress Code.
  • Members are responsible for informing their family and guests of the applicable provisions of the Dress Code and ensuring their family and guests’ attire complies with the Dress Code.
  • TFC Staff will politely inform persons who are not in compliance with the Dress Code. Those who are not in compliance may be asked to either change their attire or leave the premises.
  • Regarding specific provisions of the Dress Code, Members and their family, guests, and visitors should err on the side of conservatism when in doubt.
