2025 The Fliers Club Cancellation Policy
2024 The Fliers Club Cancellation Policy
A $500 deposit will be collected at registration to secure a space in the selected event. Event balance will be collected 90 days prior to the event start date.
Between the registration date and up to 90 days before the event start date, registrants may cancel their spot without penalty, minus application processing fees incurred by The Fliers Club.
Registrations that are cancelled between 90 and 30 days from the event start date will be subject to the following cancellation penalties:
- 89-60 days - 25% of full entry fee
- 59-30 days - 50% of full entry fee
Any cancellations within 30 days of the event start will forfeit full entry fee unless a replacement is found.
