The Ampersand Cancellation Policy
A $500 deposit will be collected at registration to secure a space in the selected event. Event balance will be collected 90 days prior to the event start date.
Between the registration date and up to 90 days before the event start date, registrants may cancel their spot without penalty, minus application processing fees incurred by Holderness & Bourne
Registrations that are cancelled between 90 and 30 days from the event start date will be subject to the following cancellation penalties:
89-60 days - 25% of full entry fee
59-30 days - 50% of full entry fee
