2025 Club Championship Cancellation Policy
2025 The Fliers Club Championship Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for this years Club Championship is as follows unless a replacement member participant is found:
A $750 non-refundable deposit will be collected at registration to secure a space in the event.
A player may cancel their registration before April 28 and receive a full refund, minus the $750 deposit.
After April 28 and before July 29, a player may cancel their registration with a 50% penalty of their full entry fee.
After July 29 any cancellations will result in the forfeit of their entire entry fee.
